Confidentiality - 100 year rule
« on: April 17, 2011, 07:16:08 am »
I have just come across what appears to be all or part of a signal book

http://oldweather.s3.amazonaws.com/ADM%2053-55291/ADM%2053-55291-015_0.jpg

is the first page.

The next page is the RHS and I have tried, and failed, to produce a photoshop merge of the two parts.

Question - Should this document be in the log, and if it should how should I pass on each page, I have no indication of how many pages there might be

Yours in total secrecy

LGB

LGB, if you post the link to the RHS of the page, I will stick the pieces together for you
but don't tell anyone.
You could post links to these pages in the If you find letters ... thread if you like.

OK, I'll admit it's not a great job.  ;) (Thanks Randi.)

Caro

I think that you under-rate your capabilities

Thank you

That is fascinating - thanks, LGB and Caro.  Perfectly readable makes a very good-enough whole, IMO. 8)

Too bad they only logged the receipt of the orders, and never put the confidential stuff into the view of their entire crew. :(

Please please please put what you have in the "Letters..." thread, the historians will love it - and may be able to unearth the confidential part for us.  (Hopeful but not expectant. :) )
