Old Weather Pets
« on: June 07, 2011, 07:45:32 pm »
P.S. Having been the personal assistant of one of the sweetest and most adorable cats in the whole world for many years I would like to say:

If you take good care of your cat, your cat will take good care of you.

You know, we really should take a poll of the assembled membership - I think most of us have at least 1, of not more cats.

I have one dog and no cats (and considering my dog, one is enough!  ;D)

I have cats - not many, only eight.   ::)  If anybody truly knows how to herd them, please let me know - it would be a big help!

Does anyone really have cats?  I don't 'have' any of my own, but live in an establishment with five.

well, as it has been said - dogs have masters, cats have servants.  I share my bed, lap, chair, newspaper, kitchen table, etc., etc., with 2 brothers who are litter mates.

I think everyone should have at least 1 cat - they are better than children at keeping you humble.  (I have 3 children and 2 cats - I absolutely, positively know I'm not in charge of anything  ;) )

I'd love to get a couple of kittens, but in a rented flat where some of the furniture isn't mine, I wouldn't trust them not to chew it all.

Small section of tail (last 2 caudal vertebrae) after a high speed encounter with a hedge trimmer (not wielded by me I hasten to add).  He still has balance, poise and style however  8).
