Ah - that explains something. I thought it was just me being a bit unobservant.   Thanks for logging your information as ever. Keep them coming :)

I've had intermittent slow loading and timeouts here too. It's fine at the moment.

ditto, for about a week on transcriptions.  Sometimes I have to double-click to upload, and sometimes I have to refresh to download.

Have you had any other Internet connection problems? My router seems to be wearing out - I've had to restart it almost every day recently - and I noticed OW Classic is slower than average compared to other sites I visit.

Or maybe the huge size of the Yorktown, combined with how far you've come on it, means it always takes the system a while to find the oldest page you can still transcribe.

No, everything is working just fine, with the exception of Old Weather.
Plus Craig has already finished Yorktown, I'm sure he would have complained had it been slow.

Forum problems for me, too.
This morning it was unreachable for about 10 minutes.

  • Better to do it, than live with the fear of it.

I've had issues with OW Classic and the forum too, but I thought it was due to my router. Nice to hear I'm not the only one.

It is about an hour that I get the "Sorry but something went wrong" message when trying to upload a page.

I just had an email from Philip. He says that the tech people are working on the problem.

Well, I can open a log page on Classic. Whether I can save it or not ...
Watch this space.  :)

Mission accomplished.
Thank you all!

Opened, added entry, saved retrieved and finished the page and sent it back up OK.
