Actually, I think I can do a bit during the weekends, but only during the weekends.
I'll stick with the Pioneer for now. She's one of the few ships left that doesn't always have 24 WR per day.

Oh, good, that makes me feel a little less guilty - I was on Pioneer until I abandoned transcribing for editing about this time last year.  I keep meaning to get back, but so far .... :-[

Perhaps my example of undying loyalty can persuade you to quit editing and come back?
It is a little lonely when you're the only one working on a ship.

I've still got two year's worth of Minerva's logs to edit - perhaps after that ....  But then of course I'd feel guilty about all those neglected ships waiting to be edited - woe is me!

I prefer to feel guilty about the weather-data gaps in the climate models  ;D

Just remember that without the science team there would be no logs to edit ;)

I just made a HUGE update to the format that contains the following:

 - A more detailed explanation of how I calculate everything, along with reasons for why it's not 100% exact
 - The WR done/ WR total is shown for each ship (WR total is rounded up/down to XX.000).
 - A list of completed ships, with a little grande totale for them as well

Some of you may notice the Corwin is not included in the completed ships list. This is because she's supposed to be returning with more logs soon (not that we need anymore!), so she doesn't really count as complete.
I also set up the Manning's name so that it links to her homepage, since she's not on the regular vessels list (Could somebody please fix this?).

Whew... all these big numbers are making my head spin. Better go take a break and get back to Rome: Total War.... My Empire of Germania is under attack from Rome, Macedon, Hispania, Dacia and Numidia at the same time (How the buck do I get myself into these messes?)!

Looks good!

I think Manning was finished in the beta test system, so I doubt that it will be added to the current Vessels list :-\
(with Arfon gone we are having problems getting our requested fixes done :'()

The Corwin has 9555 WRs, Hanibal. You could add it to the completed ships temporarily, with an asterisk.

Minor update: Each ship's name now also links to that ship's page.
Call me obsessive, but I like it this way.

Update: After learning how to use tables following my takeover of the Pioneer's crew lists, I have implemented them in my guestimations.

I also noticed something while doing the weekly update: The Yorktown's progress increased by 1% since the last update, and this 1% was enough to knock 49.000 WR off my guestimation for her. This really shows how my values for a ship's total size can and will fluctuate, although the Yorktown is an extreme case given her massive size.
