For "Martinique   Fort-de-France", I'm wondering if it would be worth adding "Martinique   Fort de France" :-\
My logbook does not have the hyphens, so my first search for "Fort de France" failed.

Similarly, perhaps Charlotte Amalia for Charlotte Amalie? :-\ :-\

Flamande Roads
is probably - Mouillage des Flamands: 14.8, -61.08
http://www.geographic.org/geographic_names/name.php?uni=-2211526&fid=3823&c=martinique

Elbow Key Light
http://oldweather.s3.amazonaws.com/ow3/final/USS%20Jamestown/vol050of067/vol050of067_109_1.jpg (4-8 am)
is probably - Cay Sal Lighthouse on Elbow Cay
http://www.unc.edu/~rowlett/lighthouse/bhs.htm
http://www.lighthousedigest.com/Digest/StoryPage.cfm?StoryKey=1921
NOTE: This is not the same as the Elbow Cay lighthouse in Hope Town, Great Abaco

Elbow Cay (also called North Elbow Cay): 23.95, -80.48
Bahamas
http://www.geonames.org/3572440/elbow-cay.html

All places and all new aliases added to map, ref & csv. Thanks Randi!
For Flamande Roads i've used the roadstead location instead of that little anchorage along the coast. On some old map is called just "The Road" (can't find it again Here! the map has a very nice lower left inset of "Cul de Sac Royal" or "Baie de Fort-de-France" as is now called), while on wikipedia the area is marked just with an anchor, ahead of Fort St Louis.
The Mouillage des Flamands/Anse du Flamans/Flamands should be the little bay comprised between Pointe de Negres and  a little cape named Pointe de la Vierge... location was a little wrong on geographic.org and of course on geonames, mapcarta, etc. Martinique is quite badly mapped.

Good find for Flamande Roads - and great map maps! ;)

Fernand do Norhona, Brazil
http://oldweather.s3.amazonaws.com/ow3/final/USS%20Jamestown/vol006of067/vol006of067_131_0.jpg
is more commonly known as Ilha de Fernando de Noronha
 ;)

http://www.davidrumsey.com/luna/servlet/detail/RUMSEY~8~1~3689~340031 has a detailed map

http://www.davidrumsey.com/luna/servlet/detail/RUMSEY~8~1~20962~530054 labels it as Brazilian Convict Island :o

I suspect that the position of http://www.geonames.org/3392178/morro-do-pico.html needs a bit of adjusting ;)

Jamestown's log (http://oldweather.s3.amazonaws.com/ow3/final/USS%20Jamestown/vol006of067/vol006of067_131_1.jpg 8 to midnight) mentions Peak Bay.
It is on the Rumsey map, but I don't see it on GeoNames.

Fernand do Norhona and Peak Bay added to map, ref & csv (latter to geonames as well ;) ). Thanks Randi!

Ilha de Villegagnon: -22.92, -43.15
http://www.geographic.org/geographic_names/name.php?uni=-953764&fid=842&c=brazil

Fort Villegagnon was on the island of Villegagnon

It seems to have originally been built as Fort Coligny, destroyed, rebuilt, and redestroyed.
