Marked the first set of pages that are up, ending May 20, 1852. Ends at page 100 (page 90 according to the green ink at the bottom of the page). Would love two people to check my work to make the whole ship ready for transcribing.

I'll work my way thru some of this to add to the "finished" count.  But it is now very ready to transcribe.  When I click "transcribe Betsy Williams" on the home page, I get random boxes to fill in - a few minutes proved they are available to me from at least July thru October 1851.

I will probably to being checking the whole slowly because the interesting way to do that is mark/transcribe each page as it comes.  This captain/log keeper is both romantic and in love with his family, he is an artist.  :)

I worked through the first few pages, added a couple of sea state markings, etc. Ditto on Janet's description of the Captain, his comments on crew selection are good, too.
