Way back when, long before you were born, those of us on the west coast used to say "Mint." We would add fractions to that, so "Wicked Cool" might be "Mint and three quarters". Allowed fractions were 1/4,1/3,1/2,2/3,3/4 although, in this case, we could use the only exception to the rule of fractions and exclaim with gusto "Double Mint!  ;D ;D ;D

Apparently the term migrated very slowly around the world, as it was quite popular for a while about 12 years ago when I was in school! The fractions were gone, but "double mint" was heard on occasion.
